YOUR TEAM

The therapists of Bravo Manual Therapy bring a new level of care, redefining the benefits of a concierge, in-home massage practice. Our primary focus is your functional movement and structural integrity. It's not just about what we do during our sessions, it's how we help you move through life.

Hi, I'm Becka, founder of BRAVO Manual Therapy + Bodywork. As a licensed clinical manual therapist, I have been practicing clinical manual therapy in Chicago since 2005. Through Manual Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy and other modalities, we seek to bring customized healing + restorative touch directly to you - wherever you are. At the core of my practice is the belief that this work heals. This work restores. This work prevents. This work changes lives.

Your health is not a luxury - it is a priority. And we're here to help you put it first.

In 2004, I graduated from the Soma Institute of Clinical Massage Therapy in Chicago, IL. I received a solid educational foundation from some of the best instructors in Chicago, through hands-on learning, exposure to athletic training with Chicago Marathon runners, and hands-on experience with both oncological and post-natal patient care at Swedish Covenant hospital.

From there, I built a practice with the fundamental goal of providing my patients with the tools to facilitate and improve their own neuromuscular health. Specializing in neuromuscular trigger point therapy and myofascial massage, my work, while rooted in relaxation therapy, has a clinical approach. After successfully establishing a 5 year clinical practice in a spa setting, I moved to Elite Healthcare in Lincoln Park to become Director of Manual Therapies and to further my medical massage education. Working with Dr. Mark W. Baker and his team of diversely skilled healthcare providers, including chiropractors, physical therapists and other manual therapists, I was able to absorb and integrate their expertise into my current private, in-home practice.
