Unlike a traditional spa experience, every session begins with a thoughtful assessment and is customized to meet your needs using a combination of therapeutic massage, mobility work, movement education, and recovery techniques.

Bravo Concierge offers premier clinical bodywork on location, tailored to your schedule and goals. To ensure the highest level of care, we currently offer two distinct travel arrangements designed to provide flexiblity or total exclusivity depending on your needs. Both options guarantee medical-grade precision and professional discretion in your private residence or travel destination.
Private Engagement
This option reserves a dedicated window within your day. Your schedule remains our top priority, though we may accept other clients outside of your reserved hours. Clients are responsible for all travel-related costs, including airfare, lodging, and meals.
Exclusive Engagement
For those seeking total focus, this choice reserves the entire calendar day for your needs. We commit exclusively to you, and no other clients will be seen during the duration of your engagement, ensuring absolute continuity and presence.
The Logistics of Wellness
Scheduling
Travel dates are reserved upon execution of the service agreement and receipt of required deposit. Because travel requires blocking Becka's clinical practice and teaching schedule, availability is limited and reservations are accepted on a first-confirmed basis.
retainer
A signed service agreement and 50% retainer are required to reserve travel dates. For engagements booked within 7 days of departure, payment is due in full at the time of booking.
travel arrangments
Travel arrangements are customized based on the nature of each engagement and will not be confirmed until a retainer has been received. For both Private and Exclusive Engagements travel, transportation, accommodations, and reasonable expenses are included in your customized proposal when travel is arranged exclusively on your behalf. When additional appointments are scheduled during existing travel or established residencies, travel expenses may not apply.
Specific terms, conditions, and custom pricing schedules are shared individually following our initial engagement conversation to ensure a perfectly tailored experience.

Please note that specific terms, conditions, and travel rates are shared individually and confirmed following our initial discovery call to tailor the experience to your unique requirements.

Private and travel massage engagements are designed and quoted on a bespoke basis to account for distance, logistics, and depth of service. Please choose your preferred service dates and your preference for an Exclusive Engagement (you schedule Becka's time solely for you and your guests) or if you wish to book a Private Engagement (Becka's daily minimum of 4 hours). If you are looking for something outside of these options, simply chose "Flexible" and include any additional comments so that we can create the Concierge Engagement that works best for you.
Following our initial conversation, you will receive a comprehensive proposal detailing individual terms, specific conditions, and investment levels tailored to your requirements.
