Service Description

Your appointment begins with a full body clinical assessment to define and determine goals, followed immediately by a one-hour targeted manual therapy session. We spend time learning a bit more about what is going on in your body and why, and then combine clinical massage techniques with myofascial work, mobility, and other hands-on approaches to help you move and feel better.
